The Minnesota Wild (36-23-7) lost in regulation for just the third time since the All-Star break, falling to the Colorado Avalanche (30-25-11) 3-2 last night at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul.

Colorado scored in each period to take a 3-0 lead, before the Wild started to mount a comeback on third period goals by Stewart and Vaneck, but that's where it ended.

The loss ended Minnesota's five-game winning streak.

Next up for the Wild; tomorrow night vs the New Jersey Devils at 7 PM in the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul (Radio: 1240 WJON, TV: Fox Sports North).

Go Wild!
