The Minnesota Wild started slow and their late comeback attempt fell short in a 4-3 loss to the Penguins in Pittsburgh Tuesday night. The Wild fall to 10-4-3 with the loss.

Minnesota got goals from Mikael Granlund, Jared Spurgeon and Mikko Koivu in the loss. Evgeni Malkin led the Penguins with two goals and two assists.

The Wild will take on the Bruins Thursday night in Boston. The game can be heard on AM 1240 WJON beginning with the pregame show at 5:30 p.m.
