I recently read an article on the Huffington Post that said sitting throughout the work day is the new smoking. It's a terrible habit.

The Huffington Post says, "studies have repeatedly shown the effects of long-term sitting are not reversible through exercise or other good habits."

I've decided that for the four hours I'm in the studio, I'm going to get rid of the chair and stand up everyday. I'm challenging you to do the same. Ditch the chair and create your own stand up desk. Let's be healthier together by making a little change.
