I wish I had the kind of money where I could go around handing out 100 dollar bills to everyone who has done something nice more me this year. That would be a lot of people! But who do you tip, and how much?

A new survey asked people how much they're planning to tip people for the holidays, and one in three said zero!  I understand if you simply can't afford it, but if you can, there are a lot of hard working people out there who deserve a good tip.

Experts say you should tip the following people: hair stylist, cleaning person, gardener, plumber, newspaper delivery person, dog walker and pretty much anyone who does something for you!

Average tip is about 20 bucks, but if it's someone very close, like a nanny, babysitter, housekeeper, etc, the tip should be more like $100.

My thought is that if you can afford a nanny, housekeeper and gardener, you can afford a bigger tip!

I asked someone the other day if you should give a tip to the people who pick up your garbage. Does anyone do that? We never see them, but they do a great job. Let me know!
