From the National Weather Service this afternoon: Though the calendar may say we are heading toward spring, winter will keep its icy grip on us as we head into April. Several inches of snow we be possible across central MN Friday night into Saturday, followed by highs this weekend struggling to get above freezing. There are no signs of any significant warm-ups through the first 2 weeks of April.
