A recent survey shows that the number one thing on most "Bucket Lists" is to become a millionaire!  That's not on my bucket list at all, but I certainly wouldn't turn it down if it happened!  A few other things on the list of others includes paying off their mortgage, getting organized and getting healthy. All good ideas, however, the most often listed bucket wishes include travel. Pretty sure almost every item on my list includes travel as well!

This past year I was able to check two things off my list, including my number one bucket list wish. To travel to Salzburg, Austria and take the "Sound of Music" tour! My sisters and I had a blast, and it was everything I had hoped for since I was 10 years old. Visiting the Neuschwanstein Castle in Germany was right up there too!

Number 2 on my list this year was to walk across the Brooklyn Bridge, so before we moved back to Minnesota, we were able to do that! One of my sisters was visiting, so it was even more fun with her along for the walk! Here's my sister Lynn and Jay half-way across the bridge.

Now it's time to make a new list, and I've been thinking long and hard about this. Most of it is travel. Rome, Venice, Greece, Alaska, Fiji, and back to Salzburg--this time in the summer, and this time with Jay coming along!  There are probably a few other things on my list as well, but I've always said "I would rather DO, than have". So I might not ever be a millionaire, but if I can make enough money to see another part of the world now and then, I'll be happy.
