What Happened to Arby’s Jamocha Shake? [WATCH]

For lunch I stopped into the Arby's on the East side of St. Cloud, looking forward to a delicious Jamocha Shake. What I got isn't a Jamocha Shake, it's completely different!

This foo-foo looking thing looked nothing like the shakes I've ordered hundreds of times before. I asked the drive-through lady "what is this?" and she said that's what the Jamocha Shakes are now.

The flavor isn't even close to what it used to be, and the whipped cream and chocolate sauce drizzle completely screws with the flavor of the shake. Why would they do this to us??? I want my original Jamocha Shake back!
