What Do Minnesotans Regret Spending Money On? [POLL]
I'm really curious to find out the results of this.
According to an article from the Daily Mail, a new survey was conducted and the results showed that we spend about $4,500 on stuff we wind up regretting. That seems a little high to me, but I suppose when you take in to account everything you spend money on it's not that much money.
Here's a little breakdown -- both men and women regret spending money on unhealthy food. Pizzas, burgers and fast food. Coming in at #2 for men was alcohol -- seriously, the only regret I can think of would be when it's gone.
For women, clothing came in second place. I can attest to that. Prior to our house burning down I had a closet that had several items with the tags still attached. It looked cute on the rack, I was excited enough to buy it but not to actually wear it. I don't think I will go down that road again.
I would say that unhealthy food and clothing would take the top two spots on my list for sure. It's a quick and easy way to deplete your checkbook.
