The National Weather Service is saying that the southern half of Minnesota can expect to see one to two inches of rainfall as we approach the end of the work week. Better rain than snow at this point if you ask me.

From the National Weather Service this afternoon: Enjoy the dry weather today and tonight as the pattern will change later this week. Highs today will be 35 to 40, with lows tonight in the teens. Rainfall will develop Thursday afternoon, with a thunderstorm possible. The precipitation will continue through Friday before tapering off Friday night and Saturday.
