We Now Know What is Going into Sammy's Pizza's Old Location

As I was driving from St. Joseph back to the East side of St. Cloud this morning, I couldn't help but notice the new sign in the old Sammy's Pizza parking lot. It looks like Crooked Pint Ale House is moving into the building! Upon further research I have discovered that Crooked Pint is a chain of "urban pubs" that span from Rochester, MN to Grand Forks, ND, and Waite Park will soon be the 11th location on that chain. The "about" section of their website says,

Crooked Pint offers a full menu and a generous selection of beer, quality craft brews, wines, and spirits. From the rough-sawn oak floors and classic pub furnishings and finishes, to the fresh recipes and authentic smiles, everything at Crooked Pint is the real deal.

Not only are they setting us up for a great atmosphere, but they were also voted the best Juicy Lucy in Minnesota by the USA Today 2017 Readers’ Choice. Not into cheese stuffed burgers? Their menu offers nearly 60 choices for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch, there is something on it for the whole family! The website doesn't yet have an opening date for the Waite Park location, but it does say "Coming soon!" so get ready for a fun new place to dine in the St. Cloud area!
