HOW TO WARM UP YOUR COLD HANDS AND FEET

#1: Wear Loose Clothing
The instinct is to wear a bunch of tight clothing, but wearing loose-fitting clothing will let your body warm up that extra space, acting like insulation. Wear tight clothes underneath the loose clothes for a double-whammy of warmth!

#2: Get Spicy!
Spicy food raises your body temperature and gets that ol' ticker pumping. The increased blood circulation will keep your arteries from seizing. The vitamins in peppers will juice up your arteries.

#3: Lay Off the Fun Stuff!
That means cigarettes, alcohol, and caffeine are to be avoided...much like this tip. Wear another layer of loose clothes!

#4: Stay Hydrated!
Water down your whiskey. BOOM! Hydration...
