Warm Up Your Cold Hands and Feet Properly
You know what's great about Minnesota? For 9 months a year, we don't have to worry about mosquitoes!
And for 3 months a year we don't have to worry about freezing to death!
The recent super cold weather (i.e. winter) is that annual reminder to bundle up. Here's how to keep your hands and feet warm, because they tend to come in...handy?
HOW TO WARM UP YOUR COLD HANDS AND FEET
#1: Wear Loose Clothing

#2: Get Spicy!

#3: Lay Off the Fun Stuff!
That means cigarettes, alcohol, and caffeine are to be avoided...much like this tip. Wear another layer of loose clothes!
#4: Stay Hydrated!
Water down your whiskey. BOOM! Hydration...
