Geocaching contest

The geocaching contest continues today through Friday throughout the City of Waite Park. If you've never tried geocaching before, it's essentially a GPS game of hide and seek! Participants will use their GPS to locate containers called "geocaches". Once you locate the "geocache" you'll open it and record the code located inside. The code will correspond with a square on your game card, which you can pick up at City Hall. The goal is to find as many as you can before Friday at 5 p.m. You're asked to bring your completed cards to Waite Park Community Park on Friday between 5 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. to claim your prize. You'll also be entered into a drawing to win a large prize on Saturday, June 10.
