The Minnesota Vikings (2-2) topped the visiting Atlanta Falcons (2-2) 41-28 in rookie Teddy Bridgewater's first NFL start yesterday afternoon at TCF Bank Stadium in Minneapolis. Bridgewater completed 19 0f 30 for 317 yards and ran for a touchdown.

Running backs Matt Asiata and Jerick McKinnon filled the void left by Adrian Peterson, rushing for a combined 213 yards and three touchdowns. Wide receiver Jarius Wright caught 8 passes for 132 yards.

Inside the stadium, on the streets outside the stadium, on the trains leaving the stadium...chants of, "Teddy! Teddy" Teddy," could be heard just about everywhere near the University of Minnesota campus.

It's a short rest for the Vikings this week as they travel to Lambeau Field to face the Green Bay Packers (2-2) Thursday night at 7:25 PM. (Radio: AM 1240 WJON, TV: CBS/NFL Network)
