The Minnesota Vikings are expected to announce tomorrow that Kai Forbath will be the new kicker for the team following the release of Blair Walsh earlier today. Forbath spent last season kicking for the New Orleans Saints where he hit 33 of 34 extra points, and hit 60 of 69 field goals in three years as a Redskin.

Seriously, as a man I feel bad for Blair Walsh -- not only suffering epic fails in a very competitive industry, but suffering in the spotlight (although his salary should help comfort the blow). As a fan, this move should have been made in the offseason. 'Minnesota Nice' should not apply to the Vikings; in the NFL.

Forbath played at UCLA before being signed as a free agent by Dallas in 2011. After Dallas he was signed by Tampa Bay, Washington, and New Orleans -- before inking a deal with the Vikings.

Skol Vikings!
