The Minnesota Vikings have suspended special teams coach Mike Priefer for three games, following an investigation into allegations by former Viking punter Chris Kluwe that Priefer made anti-homosexual comments.

The Vikings say Priefer's three-game suspension could be reduced to just one game if he attends 'sensitivity-training.'

Former punter Chris Kluwe reportedly still plans on filing a suit against the team for ongoing issues.

Training camp opens for the Vikings this Thursday in Mankato.
