Vikings Open Season Tonight In San Francisco

The Minnesota Vikings and San Francisco 49ers will be the final two teams to get their seasons underway when they face off tonight on Monday Night Football at Levi Stadium. This is Teddy Bridgewater's first season-opening start, and the first time Adrian Peterson has seen action since last September.

A major focus for the Minnesota defense tonight will be keeping Kaepernick bottled up in the pocket.

The Vikings game is the second on a Monday Night Football double-header, with the Falcons & Eagles playing in tonight's early game. The Vikings and 49ers are scheduled to kick-off at 9:20 PM CT, and can be heard on 1240 WJON, and seen on both WCCO-TV 4 and ESPN.
