ESPN comments:

There's no better cure for your ills than a game against the Jaguars, and that's exactly what the Vikings have this week. Since Week 7, Minnesota is averaging 16.3 points per game, which ranks third worst in the NFL.

The biggest riser of the week is the Green Bay Packers, jumping thirteen spots from #24 to #11. The biggest falls of the week belong to the San Diego Chargers and Houston Texans, each plunging six spots.

The Vikings visit the Jaguars this Sunday afternoon in Jacksonville.
