Extra police and security will be on hand today for the final Vikings game at the Metrodome. Fans removed everything they could get their hands on following the Vikings final game at Met Stadium in 1981. The Vikings will play at TCF Stadium on the U of M campus the next two seasons, before their new stadium debuts in 2016.

Thirty fans were arrested this past Monday night, following the San Francisco 49er's final game at Candlestick Park.

The Vikings host the Detroit Lions today at Noon CT (FOX).
