The Minnesota Vikings (11-5) host the Seattle Seahawks (10-6) this afternoon at a frigid TCF Bank Stadium in Minneapolis -- in the first of two NFC Wild Card match-ups on today's schedule. The temperature for the Noon kickoff is expected to be -4˚ with a wind chill near -20˚. Skol Vikings!

In a surprising development on Friday, Seattle's all-pro running back Marshawn Lynch declared himself unable to play, and did not make the trip to Minneapolis.

Seattle beat the Vikings handily at TCF Bank Stadium back on December 6th by score of 38-7. The Seahawks are 4 point favorites today.

Today's game could be the last for the Vikings at TCF Bank Stadium, unless Minnesota advances to the NCF Championship -- as well as either the Green Bay Packers or the Washington Redskins. Either of those scenarios would have the NFC Championship game back in Minneapolis on January 24th.

Today's game is set to kick off at Noon on NBC (KARE-11) and on AM 1240 WJON.

Skol Vikings!
