The Vikings have won five straight games since their bye, the franchise's first five-game winning streak since 2009. The Vikings went 12-4 and lost in the conference championship game that season.

The biggest riser of the week is the Washington Redskins jumping six spots from #26 to #20. The biggest fall of the week belongs to the St. Louis Rams, dropping eleven spots from #10 to #21.
