Vikings Announce 53-Man Roster After Final Cuts
The Minnesota Vikings have announced their final preseason cuts, getting their roster down to the league-mandated 53-men ahead of next Sunday's opener in Tennessee.
Among the final round of cuts made by the Vikes are QB Joel Stave, WR Moritz Böhringer, RB C.J. Ham, RB Jhurell Pressley, DT Kendrick Ellis, and G Willie Beavers. Beavers, drafted in the 4th round in this years draft, is the highest drafted player to not make the team during Mike Zimmer's tenure.
S Michael Griffin, CB Jabari Price, and QB Taylor Heinicke were all placed on injured reserve.
