Tyler Farr cancelled a show in Oxford, Ohio on Wednesday night (Nov. 18) following a trip to the emergency room. The "Better In Boots" singer was slated to play Brick Street Bar. Opener Clayton Anderson ended up playing an extended set.

A representative from Farr's record label, Sony Nashville, says Farr was suffering from bronchitis and tonsillitis. The trip to the hospital was for medication, according to Country Aircheck. It wasn't enough, and shortly before he was scheduled to take the stage his team made the decision to scrap the show. There are plans to reschedule the date at a later time.

Finding a date in 2016 is going to be a little more difficult now that the recently-engaged Farr has hooked up with Lee Brice for the Life Off My Years Tour. The pair will hit the road on Feb. 4 in Salisbury, Md. and play over 20 dates through late April. Farr will also play 2016 Country Jam Colorado in Grand Junction, Colo. Brice, Blake Shelton, Brad Paisley and Zac Brown Band are the four headliners for the four-day camping and country music festival.

Farr will have a few days to recover. His next show isn't until Nov. 21 in Minneapolis, Minn. According to his official website, he has 10 more tour dates slated for 2015.

Recently Farr released a music video for his new single "Better In Boots." The song is the third to be released from the Suffer In Peace album.
