Two Ingredient Coffee Popsicles [VIDEO]
I saw a recipe list on Buzzfeed Food for “Insanely Easy Two Ingredient Popsicles” so I decided to try making popsicles out of coffee.
I love coffee. Sometimes I go to bed early because I know when I wake up in the morning I get to have coffee. In the summer though the last thing I want is a steaming hot cup of coffee. When it’s steaming hot outside, I want something icy cold. I like iced coffee, too. The McCafe Coffee from McDonald’s is good. I also like the iced skinny caramel macchiatto from Starbucks, but I think my favorite is a coffee popsicle.
First, I made a pot of coffee.
While that was brewing, I washed out my popsicle molds that I bought at Coborn’s. They were in the seasonal aisle.
I poured my favorite coffee creamer in the molds…
And then filled the molds with the fresh, hot brewed coffee.
I stuck the handles in the molds and placed them in the freezer overnight.

They were really good and tasted exactly like iced coffee. The next time I made these, though I would make the coffee a little stronger, but overall, I give them a thumbs up! I am also a fan of Starbucks VIA packets. Their caramel is really good, so I’d probably give those a shot, too. These were worth the wait, though!
