Town & Country Days Kick-Off Today in Paynesville

The 2016 festival known as Town & Country Days kicks off today in Paynesville -- with the theme of 'The Land of Milk & Honey.' We'll see you in tonight's parade, and here's the schedule for the rest of the Paynesville events that run through Saturday.

Wednesday, June 8th:

• Medallion Hunt
• Local Community Group fund raiser food vendors: 11:00 am on James Street.
• Midway Carnival:  Noon to dusk.
• Grand Parade:  7:00 PM

Thursday, June 9th:

• Kiddie 1K race: Start time 9:30 am at Koronis Manor Care Center
• Pet Show: Registration 10:00 am, Show start time 10:30 am at Koronis Manor Care Center
• Local Community Group fund raiser food vendors: 11:00 am on James Street.
• Midway Carnival: Noon to dusk.
• Kiddie Parade: 5:30 registration, 6:00 pm start on James Street
• Kids’ Tractor Pull: 6:30 pm registration, 7:00 start, on James Street
• Open Mic Nite

Friday, June 10th:

• Beer Garden
• Street Dance: Music by Platinum FM

Saturday, June 11th:

• Paynesville Fly-In/ Drive-In – Paynesville Municipal Airport
• Pancake Breakfast
• Golf Tournament
• Arts in the Park: 1:00 to 4:00 pm at Gazebo Park
• Kids Crafts, Games & activities at Gazebo Park
• Miss Paynesville Pageant: 7:00 pm at Paynesville High School Auditorium
