Tomorrow is the Deadline to File Your 2016 Tax Return [Poll]

I typically get a little bit of money back in taxes each year, so I usually file my return pretty early. However, if I had to pay in, I’d probably wait until the deadline!

Minnesotans have until tomorrow to file their 2016 taxes. The deadline is set for Tuesday, April 18. Tax day is normally April 15, but since it falls on a holiday weekend this year the deadline was been extended by three days.

If you’re worried that you won’t be able to file your taxes in time, you can actually file for a six month tax extension. The extension will give you until October 15 to file your 2016 return. In the words of Larry The Cable Guy, “Git er done,” Minnesota.
