Today Is The Day I Start Eating Healthier
I will be the first to tell you I'm a picky eater. I try to eat well but usually I'm on the go, so that makes it hard. Not to mention, eating healthy can be expensive.
This past Saturday was a turning a point for me. I made myself sick because I had eaten food that was unhealthy and I drank too much pop and not enough water.
I knew I had to change that up so I went grocery shopping yesterday and I bought Honey Nut Cheerios, which I ate this morning. Yum!
I also bought soup, granola bars, pineapple, milk and water. I'm not going to give up my Mountain Dew or my chocolate (that would be catastrophic!) but I am going to start eating breakfast and making it a decent one. I'm also going to start making/bringing my lunch.
Do you have any suggestions on good breakfast or lunch foods to bring to work?
