Minnesota Timberwolves head coach and president Flip Saunders revealed today that he is undergoing treatment for Hodgkin's Lymphoma, a cancer of the immune system. Saunders' doctors say that it is a, “treatable and curable form of cancer,” and he plans to continue with his team duties.

Saunders is receiving treatment at Mayo Clinic after being diagnosed by a team doctor two months ago.

Saunders released a brief statement on the Timberwolves website today saying, “I am taking it step by step and day by day to understand how to best manage this process.”

Good luck Flip. Get well soon. Go Wolves!
