Tim Taylor Was the Best Television Character of All Time [POLL]

I was just reading an article Entertainment Weekly that listed out the 25 Best Television characters of the the past 25 years and while I think their top pick is a good one, I don't agree with it.

According to Entertainment Weekly the best TV character from the last 25 years was Jack Bauer from 24.  I enjoyed that show, thought Kiefer Sutherland rocked and would definitely put him in the top 25 but not at #1.

My pick, hands down, is Tim 'The Tool Man' Taylor.  I still watch reruns of that show every once in awhile.  He was funny yet had a bit of a sensitive side and no doubt I could always learn ways not to do home improvement projects.  I just think he was an awesome character and definitely one of the best ever!
