This Minnesota Company is One of the Top 100 To Work For

The great state of Minnesota is home to 19 different Fortune 500 companies, but this past year only one made it into the top 100. Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America, which is based in Golden Valley, came in at number 40, which is the highest it has ever been and a big improvement from the 100th spot they were in last year. This is also the seventh consecutive year that the company has made the list so they are obviously doing something right! So what does it take to make it onto this list? Here is what the employees think.

• 94 percent of 1,086 employees surveyed said they're proud to tell others they work for Allianz. That's definitely a good sign!
• Employees say it is a good working environment
• Management does honest and ethical business
• Every employee is valued and respected

Last year two Minnesota companies made the top 100, Allianz and Mayo Clinic, but Mayo didn't quite make it this year. The good news is that there is always next year! Congrats to the team at Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America!
