This is What You Suggested I Try to Get Some Sleep at Night
We talked last week about how I can never sleep and YOU gave me some great suggestions on what works for you to fall asleep at night.
This is a list of suggestions that you gave me, some I would have never thought of, and all I will try over the next few weeks to see what gives me the most rest during the night without feeling drowsy the next day.
1. Chiropractor (never would have thought of a chiropractor to help with sleep issues)
2. See a doctor and see what the issue is, possibly have Ambien prescribed
3. Half a glass of warm milk and half a tablet of Advil P.M. tablet
