This Is Driving Me Absolutely NUTS In The Studio

I am very particular about my pens, pencils, markers and any other writing utensil that you could imagine.

We have a jar of pens and markers in the studio. Inside of that jar contains three permanent markers that I like to write with on a regular basis. However, one of the three markers is totally defected. It's broken and you can't write with it.

It's been bugging me for weeks. Every single time I go to use one of the markers, I end up grabbing the bad one. I could just throw it out, but I want to know who put it there. I'm going to leave it in the jar until someone else brings it up. I want to know if it bothers Pete, Cindy or Katie as much as it bothers me.

So, I could just throw it away but that wouldn't solve the mystery. Who puts broken markers into a communal pen jar?! WHO?!
