I watched a movie over the weekend that stated, "Life is like crocheting...It's hard..but it's worth it."

This woman brings joy to me as I watch her smiling and dancing. I was reading about her and found out that she had a health scare a few years ago, and decided to live her life to the fullest. Helene Z. Miller, 93 is an inspiration to all of us. She loves her children and grandchildren and says other than just a little bit of luck, she does everything she can to stay young. Miller stays involved with activities and staying connected. She is definitely inspiring. No matter what age you are; no matter what people say'; enjoy your life; it's your prerogative.
