The Holiday Train is Coming to Central Minnesota This Weekend!

We in Central Minnesota know that train business is a part of our everyday lives, but for the last 15 years Canadian Pacific Railway has brightened our tracks for the Holidays...It's time yet again for the Upper Midwest tradition known as the CP Holiday Train!

Traveling from Chicago to Regina, Saskatchewan, the colorful train is rolling through 8 Middle Minnesota towns on Saturday and Sunday. With the same purpose of our "Fill the Flyer" Campaign, CP Railway is helping gather food and cash donations for local food banks with the help of some talented musicians:

• KIRA ISABELLA...Ottawa-born Canadian Country singer & songwriter

As a Minnesota newcomer, this yearly tradition sounds as familiar to me as the political campaign trains around the turn of the century before last. My uncle is a huge train enthusiast, and from the days when I was a kid...he still has his basement full of sets and intricate railway designs even now. Looks like I'll have to find him some Canadian Pacific Holiday Train cars or accessories for his collection! Thanks for considering to help :D
