I've been searching for the perfect fall pumpkin spice recipes to try. I'm definitely in Halloween mode.

I found this amazing recipe on Pinterest that I made last night. Sometimes, the recipes I find don't turn out the way they are supposed to in the picture. However, this was not the case. It was easy and turned out exactly how I had hoped!

It's a four layer dessert that will make you question why you don't cook at home more often.

Here's what you'll need:

1 15 oz can of pumpkin puree
1 cup of flour
1 cup of powdered sugar
1 tsp of pumpkin spice
1 package of white chocolate instant pudding mix
3 cups of whipped topping
3/4 cup of pecans
1/2 cup of butter
8 oz cup of cream cheese
2 1/2 cups of milk
Layer 1:

Mix together your flour, butter and 1/2 cup of the pecans into a large bowl. When it's all mixed together press the mix into the bottom of an 8x8 pan. Bake the crust at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes. Let the crust cool before moving on to the next layer.

Layer 2:

Mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar into a second bowl. Once that's well-blended add in the whipped cream and mix it all together. Add the second layer to the top of the first layer.

Layer 3:

In a third bowl, add in your milk, pudding mix, canned pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice and one cup of whipped topping together. When the mixture is smooth, add it to the top of your second layer.

Layer 4:

Spread the remaining whipped cream over the top of the third layer and sprinkle the remaining pecans. (I like to add more whipped cream than 1 cup. Add as much as you like)

Let the dessert set in the fridge for 3 hours before enjoying the deliciousness. :)
