I've never seen this type of thing before, but it's a great concept towards one of the most private birds in America...and it's live right now in The Cities. The last time I saw a bald eagle, a few years ago I was across a pond from it circling low along the water at a Washington State golf course. Then all of a sudden, it snatched a trout and devoured it in plain sight next to the 7th green sand trap! Now that's very uncommon, as eagles in general are very private creatures and spend little time around humans on their own.

Now you can see a live view of eagles nesting free in the Twin Cities 24/7/365 with the Minnesota Department of Natural Resource's Eagle Cam HERE. At the link there's also a version of the camera for mobile devices. And just in case you're wondering, the exact location of the eagle cam is kept a secret to preserve their habitat :) Enjoy!
