This video was taken in Little Chute, Wisconsin. The dash cam appears to show a vehicle tailgating, then ending up crashing into the median after a brake check.

Fox Valley Metro police are investigating the crash.

The driver who crashed got a ticket. The one who tapped the brakes has not been identified.
