I'm not buying it. It was a great tear-jerker at the end of the first part of The Bachelorette finale last night. Good for ratings, bad for Desiree, and according to my crystal ball, not over for those two.

Desiree loves Brooks. Brooks loves Desiree, except he's conflicted because he's not sure she's "the love of his life."  Forget about Drew and Chris. Who? Exactly. Those two other guys may have just as well packed it up weeks ago. I feel sorry for them. They're both crazy about Des. Are you following this?

Brooks will be back. He will come crawling back to Des when he realized he's made the biggest mistake of his life. No guy in his right mind would walk away from her. She's terrific! And if I'm wrong, and Brooks doesn't come crawling back, Des is better off without him. Nobody needs Mr. "oh, I love you and care deeply, but do I stay, do I go, let me go ask my mom and sister" guy.

I hope he does come back. They're perfect for each other. Either that or I have invested way too much precious time watching this show and caring what happens.
