The USDA is recalling chicken sold in Minnesota stores because it's not fully cooked, even though it's supposed to be. See the list of Minnesota retailers affected.

The term "fully cooked" implies that you just need to warm up the food and it's ready to eat. The USDA has found that chicken from Wayne Farms LLC shipped under-cooked, they are recalling the following Wayne Farms "Chef's Craft" products from Minnesota stores that we're produced between August 1st and August 29th of this year:

Bruce's Foods - 5358 Wyoming Trail, Wyoming MN
Don's Food Pride - 41 West Sorenson, Appleton MN
Doug's Supermarket - 310 Main Avenue NE, Warroad MN
Lueken's Village Foods - North 1171 Paul Bunyon Drive NW, Bemidji MN
Plantenberg's Food Pride - 132 West Main Street, Richmond MN
Service Food Market - 321 West Lincoln Avenue, Fergus Falls MN
Service Food Market - 250 East Main Street, Perham MN

Wayne Farms is urging consumers of the product that fits this recall, to throw the food away or return it to the retailer they bought it from. There haven't been any recorded illness yet.
