Taylor Swift has revealed her Valentine's Day plans… or lack thereof. The singer, who split with One Direction's Harry Styles in early January after a whirlwind courtship, isn't doing anything of the romantic sort. She will instead focus on her other loves -- her music and her friends.

While chatting with Ryan Seacrest, Swift revealed that she'll spend the typical lover's holiday "with my friends or rehearsing." Now that's a dedicated woman! The 23-year-old star spills that she will be "off in a warehouse somewhere" or "working on the lighting rig and the lighting cues." No, that's not sweet or cute or romantic, but this is a determined professional we're talking about.

There's nothing wrong with being career oriented or focusing on what's going right in your life on a Hallmark holiday, either. And of course, the boys will come and go, but it's the friends that stick by you through thick and thin. It appears as though Taylor Swift fully comprehends that reality.

That's part of the reason that Swift released her song '22' as her most recent pop single. The song from 'Red' is about her army of friends. "Finally I've got this amazing group of girlfriends and we tell each other everything," she explains. "We're together all the time. I think that was kind of the marker of me being 22 -- having all these friends and there are a lot of question marks in your life… but the one thing that you have is you have each other."

See, her romances aren’t the only relationships she explores via song.
