Taylor Swift Has A Rumored Date With Ryan Seacrest For New Year’s Eve

Rumor has it that Taylor Swift has broken up with her most recent boyfriend, Conor Kennedy.  So now it looks like Taylor might have a date with Ryan Seacrest.  Okay, not in the way that you were thinking.  She will have a date with Ryan and millions of other Americans as the headliner of this year's nationally televised New Year's Rockin' Eve bash which will be telecast on ABC from New York's Times Square.

During a recent appearance on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon, Ryan, who inherited the role of host of New Year's Rockin' Eve following the passing of Dick Clark, dropped some less than subtle hints that Taylor will be the headliner for the show.

“We haven’t announced it yet, but wouldn’t it be great if we could get—there’s a female artist out there that’s setting records in terms of what she’s selling recently," Ryan said, continuing the hints. "She loves the color red. And if you’re with her, you may never, ever, ever be back together with her. And she loves a good breakup anthem.”

Taylor's camp has neither confirmed or denied the rumors.  We will keep you up-to-date.
