I try to give humanity the benefit of the doubt, but every now & then something happens to remind me that I might be wrong. Yesterday a woman called 911 to report Subway for putting the wrong sauce on her pizza. I don't even know what to say. I guess a head shake is all I've got. Listen to the 911 audio.
