Stillwater Man Helps Boston Marathon Competitor To Finish Line [VIDEO]
This year marked the first anniversary of the Boston Marathon bombing. Thousands of people came together to remember the victims and run this year's race. One man from Minnesota really showed that the race isn't necessarily about beating your competitors but helping out your fellow runners.
According to an article from Kare 11, Michael Johnson came up on a runner whose legs were wobbling and gave out. Michael, along with a few other runners, carried the man to the finish line without a thought about their finish time or the fact that they were in pain as well.
I think this is an awesome display of the kind human spirit we don't hear about often enough! Check out the video below to find out what happened at the finish line.
