After a few days of following the Diet Free Life plan as part of the St. Cloud Weight Loss Challenge, I'm getting the hang of it. But now it's time to kick it up a notch.

While no one is twisting your arm to exercise during this challenge, it's a great way to add a little extra oomph on your journey to better health. And I'm guessing that walking from my couch to the fridge doesn't count as cardio. So here we go.

I joined Fitness Evolution a month ago. Now let's be clear here. I joined the gym. I didn't say I started GOING to the gym. There's a big difference. My intentions were good.

But after getting motivated at the Weight Loss Challenge on Saturday, I'm ready to actually walk through the doors and get moving.

I like to swim, and I plan to make that at least a part of my workouts each week. But since I get bored easily, I know I'll have to mix it up. Any suggestions? If you've taken some of the classes at the gym, let me know what you thought. Zumba? Yoga?
