St. Cloud and Duluth both made the top-ten list of coldest cities in America compiled by 24/7 Wall Street. Also cracking this year's top-20 list were Minneapolis and Rochester. Coldest city in America honors went to Fairbanks, Alaska.

  3. Williston, North Dakota
  4. Fargo, North Dakota
  5. Duluth, Minnesota
  6. Aberdeen, South Dakota
  7. St. Cloud, Minnesota
  8. Bismarck, North Dakota
  9. Marquette, Michigan
  10. Huron, South Dakota

Ranked cities had to have a population of 10,000+. Minneapolis came in at #12, and Rochester at #14.
