Snow is expected to begin overnight tonight across Central Minnesota, continuing through the day on Monday -- eventually leaving behind 2-3" of new accumulation in St. Cloud. Following the snow, expect above average temperatures later in the week -- with highs approaching 40˚ by Friday.

From the National Weather Service this morning: Next week will start with some snow for Monday, but will finish with highs 10 to 15 degrees above normal. East of the main snow area, precipitation will start out as freezing drizzle Monday afternoon before transitioning to a light snow in the evening. After that, it's a small cool down for Friday, with a nice warmup beginning Wednesday.
