From the National Weather Service this morning: Two rounds of storms are expected today. The first beginning over southern MN this morning and advancing into western WI this afternoon. These storms may produce hail and heavy rainfall. The second round of storms are expected to form over eastern ND late this afternoon and then turn into a bowing line that advances quickly southeast across MN and western WI during the evening. Damaging winds are the primary concern with these storms. With the Enhanced Risk of severe weather through tonight across much of central and southern MN, have a secure shelter in mind if you plan to be outdoors. Also, make sure you have a way to receive warnings.
