Severe Storms a Possibility This Afternoon & Evening

After an early morning round of showers and thunderstorms today, redevelopment is expected this afternoon and evening across Central Minnesota -- with the possibility of some storms becoming strong or severe. We'll keep you up to date with any possible watches or warnings.

From the National Weather Service this morning:  Today starts an active week of weather, with multiple thunderstorm chances going into the holiday weekend. The severe weather threat today is low, but a stronger storm or two is possible. More thunderstorm chances to come Wednesday through Saturday.
