A London agency has put out new anti-drinking and driving campaign with some scary results.What seems to be a funny (and frightening) prank turns out to be a "sobering" message about drinking and drinking.  But do these kind of scare tactics work on the right people? Do younger people really any of this seriously?

Well, regardless of the effectiveness, these guy appear to be scared out of their wits.  Warning, it's a little graphic, not acceptable for younger viewers.
