SAN FRANCISCO - The Minnesota Twins were swept by the San Francisco Giants after an 8-1 loss on Sunday afternoon.

With the loss the Twins fall below .500 with a 23-24 overall record.

Brian Dozier had the lone Twins RBI with a sacrifice fly in the 3rd. Ricky Nolasco only went 4.2 innings and allowed seven runs off of nine hits.

The Twins hope to bounce back with a four game series at home against the Texas Rangers. Both teams will face off on Monday afternoon at 1:10 p.m. at Target Field.
