Rudolph Cookies Light Up Christmas

In the Wood's house, we like to bake Christmas cookies. Well...more accurately we like to EAT Christmas cookies. And though it may say something about us that we really shouldn't be sharing, we REALLY like to eat cute animal Christmas cookies.

These are pretty simple (way easier than the mice) and almost as cute as the puppies.

Just use your favorite rolled gingersnap cookie recipe, shape the dough into a cylinder with a pointy side and throw the dough in the fridge for a couple of hours.

Slice the dough, place on cookie sheets and decorate your Rudolph with pretzels for antlers, chocolate chips for eyes and a Red Hot candy for the nose.

Bake, eat, feel festive.
